The amendments to the Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”) has come into force since August 5, 2020 and the amended PIPA includes the transformation of the Personal Information Protection Commission (“PIPC”) into a central administrative agency.

As the follow-up measures of the transformation of the PIPC, we are currently improving our site and the new web page is to be reorganized by February, 2021.
