The City of Uijeongbu asked if it can use serveillance cameras currently operated for security purpose for an additional purpose to crack down illegal dumping of wastes.

○ Resolution

The City of Uijeongbu  can use serveillance cameras for both intended and additional purposes by following the administrative procedures including the issuance of an administrative notice in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act.
