Korea Customs Service asked if it could be provided from Korean National Police Agency with the name and the date of birth of those with a firearm license and those whose license has been cancelled according to the Art.18(2)(5) of Personal Information Protection Act in order to conduct risk analysis regarding the prohibition of imports of illegal firearms into Republic of Korea and to select target subjects for screening in advance.

Korea Customs Service can NOT be provided from Korean National Police Agency with the name and the date of birth of those with a firearm license or those whose firearm license has been cancelled in this case.
